Tugon AI is an AI-powered platform that generates replies to customer reviews, comments, and messages. Replies are suggestions — you are responsible for any content you choose to publish through connected platforms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Paddle. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You may not use Tugon AI to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Tugon AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including AI-generated content that you publish.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tugon AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
